Information we may collect
When you make an enquiry, we collect your full name, email address and contact number. We also retain the postcode, selected address, provider and package from your comparison so that multiple package enquiries can be kept together under one customer record. We may collect basic technical information including browser type, device information, pages visited and referral data.
How information is used
Information is used to manage and respond to your enquiries, operate the comparison journey, maintain security, understand website usage and measure referrals. We do not collect your payment details because purchases are completed on third-party provider websites.
Third-party services
Our broadband comparison and address checker are supplied by Stickee. Your postcode and selected property information are used by the widget to request offers. We pass an opaque comparison reference with provider links to associate website visits and provider handoffs with your enquiry; your name, email address and phone number are not added to those widget links. We record when a personal comparison link is opened and when an observable provider link is clicked. Email and SMS messages are delivered through our configured email service and Twilio. When you follow an outbound link, the destination provider applies its own privacy policy.
Retention and your rights
We keep information only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose it was collected, legal obligations or security. UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of personal information.
